He has, for over 10 years, been responsible for communicating, conceptualizing, designing, coding, meeting guidelines and applying out of the box ideas to various human interfaces in an effort to maximize user experience, site/product effectiveness, consistency & branding. He was instrumental in institutionalizing UCD (User Centered Design) processes for various teams. He is a Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International to add to his credentials. He has been consulting for Microsoft, Sun Life, Planetsoft, First Genetic Trust etc to name a few.

Karthi has over 6 years experience in Usability consulting, User Interaction Design and UI Development for web and desktop solutions.  She brings in global usability experience from various business domains such as Insurance (US), Health Care (UK), Banking & Finance (USA), Technology (USA) and Government (India). In addition, she is also proficient in a number of web development technologies, including HTML, XHTML, DHTML, JavaScript, ASP, XML as well as competent with prototyping using Flash, Dream weaver and MS Visual Studio.
